Overtake counts and Driver of the Day are modelled, not known. The simulated weekends vary less from race to race than real ones (chaotic races are rarer here), so ranges for whole teams are a little narrow.

How are the F1 Fantasy projections made?

The same race simulator behind the season projections runs the next weekend thousands of times, drawing qualifying, the race, retirements and the fastest lap. Each simulated weekend is then scored with the F1 Fantasy rules, including fitted models for overtakes, Driver of the Day and pit stop points.

Who is projected to score the most F1 Fantasy points at the United States Grand Prix?

Max Verstappen is projected to score the most among drivers: 28.8 points on average, with a range of 10 to 47.

What does the range mean?

It is the middle 80 percent of simulated outcomes: one weekend in ten scores below the low number and one in ten above the high number. A wide range means a boom or bust pick.

How accurate are the projections?

Each projection is saved before the race and graded against the real points afterwards, next to a plain trailing-average baseline. Until a few races have been graded, treat the numbers as a ranking aid rather than a promise. The simulated weekends also vary less from race to race than real ones, so ranges for whole teams are a little narrow.

Whose price is most likely to rise after the United States Grand Prix?

Max Verstappen rises in 100% of simulated weekends, the highest of any asset.
