Two things: on-track performance and trading activity. After each qualifying or race session, a driver is scored on finishing position, positions gained, fastest lap, and top-3 qualifying: then compared against their own rolling average from recent sessions. Beating that average pushes the price up; missing it pushes it down, capped at 5% per session. Buying and selling shares also nudges the price, the same way real supply and demand does.
Yes: after every race, holders are paid $0.50 per share for every championship point their driver scored that weekend, on top of any price gains.
Yes, up to 10% of your total portfolio value in short exposure at once. Short positions accrue a small daily borrow fee (0.1% of the position's value) for as long as they're open.
